Today we got to get out and walk in the snow and brought our sled along too. Sawyer laughed the whole time :)

October Outdoors

We are all enjoying another beautiful October on the Palouse this year.
A hike up to Kamiak Butte a couple weekends ago with the dogs and Sawyer was lots of fun. Sawyer hiked most of the 3 mile loop on his own!




We put Sawyer to work too ;)

September has arrived

I love this time of year - nice warm days but it cools off in the evening.
Sawyer continues to grow leaps and bounds. He amazes us everyday with his vocabulary and all he picks up on.





Lots of great things to do too - like County Fairs! Whitman Co. Fair was a lot of fun for all of us. Sawyer LOVES the cars....I think we'll be in trouble when he turns 16 ;)

August is gone already?

A Warm Weekend

Like most days in July on the Palouse...it was a warm weekend! Dan was "SuperMan" again and painted the trim - looks great! After that was finished and we had cleaned everything up, we took Sawyer & Tallulah down to the coffee shop to get a smoothie treat and then onto the park for a run in the spinkler and some shade. Summer is great ;)

A Wedding & Some Carnival Rides Too!

A weekend packed full of fun for Sawyer...we went down to Lakefair in Olympia for a first "carnival experience". He couldn't stop laughing and his smile was contagious.




Then Sawyer was in his first wedding. My cousin, Amy, marriage Abel Anderson on July 21st. A beautiful setting and a drizzle of rain made a perfect afternoon. Lots of fun with family.







Sawyer had a great time in the rain and had a "Ralphy" moment but luckily it wasn't freezing out!




My sister had some shoes with lots of sparkle and he thought those were worth checking out for a while.

A Day at the River

We took family (Grammy & Grandpa were visiting this weekend) down to the river yesterday and had a very good time.
